WELLNESS PROGRAM: THE 90-DAY PRACTICE

The 90-Day Practice is a 90-day group wellness program that includes group calls, expert guest sessions, daily accountability via a private group chat, and community support. By enrolling, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Program

This program is for educational and informational purposes only. Company is not a licensed medical professional, registered dietitian, certified nutritionist, personal trainer, licensed esthetician, or any other credentialed health or wellness provider, and does not provide individualized medical, dietary, clinical skin care, or exercise prescriptions. All guidance offered by Company is based on personal experience and general wellness practices and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are strongly encouraged to consult with Your physician or qualified health provider before starting this or any wellness, fitness, or nutrition program.

Guest Experts and Third-Party Contributors

This program may include sessions led by guest experts and third-party contributors in areas such as nutrition, skin care, and image consulting (collectively, "Guest Experts"). Guest Experts are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of Company. Company does not control, supervise, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any information, guidance, recommendations, or opinions provided by Guest Experts.

Company is not responsible or liable for any advice, recommendations, or information provided by Guest Experts during their sessions, whether in live calls, recordings, written materials, or any other format. Any reliance You place on information provided by Guest Experts is entirely at Your own risk. You are encouraged to independently verify any information provided by Guest Experts and to consult with Your own qualified professionals before acting on any such information.

Guest Experts do not assume any liability for outcomes resulting from Your use of or reliance on information shared during their sessions. By enrolling in the program, You expressly release Company and all Guest Experts from any and all claims arising from Your participation in or reliance upon any guest expert session.

No Medical Advice

Nothing in this program, including information provided by Company or any Guest Expert, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content of this program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of Your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions You may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something You have heard or read in this program.

No Guaranteed Results

Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding outcomes, results, or improvements You may or may not experience as a result of participating in this program. Individual results will vary based on factors entirely outside of Company's control, including but not limited to Your individual health, commitment, consistency, lifestyle, and circumstances. Enrollment in this program does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or improvement of any kind. Any results described in promotional materials, testimonials, or other communications represent individual experiences and are not indicative of typical or guaranteed results.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in this program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, adverse reactions to nutritional or skin care guidance, or other health concerns. You assume full and sole responsibility for Your participation and any decisions You make regarding movement, food, skin care, lifestyle changes, or any other area of Your health and wellness as a result of or in connection with this program. Company is not responsible for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from Your participation in or reliance upon this program or any information provided therein.

Recording Consent

All group calls and guest expert sessions are recorded. By enrolling in the program, You consent to being recorded during any live call You attend. Recordings are stored in a shared Google Drive folder accessible to enrolled participants for the duration of the program. You may not download, share, distribute, or reproduce recordings outside of Your personal use as a program participant.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this program and the access to materials, recordings, group chat, and community provided upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to participate, dissatisfaction with the program or any Guest Expert session, inability to attend live calls, or any other reason. By completing Your purchase, You acknowledge and agree that You have read and understood this no-refund policy and accept it as a condition of enrollment.

Access

Access to the private group chat, calls, recordings, and program materials is limited to enrolled participants for the duration of the 90-day program. The private group chat will close at the conclusion of the cohort. You may not share links, recordings, login credentials, or related content with non-participants.

Community Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully in group chats, calls, and other community spaces. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior, as determined at Company's sole discretion, may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Schedule

Group calls and guest expert sessions are scheduled in advance and communicated to enrolled participants. Company reserves the right to reschedule calls in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to participants. Rescheduling of calls does not entitle You to a refund or any other compensation.

Onboarding

You agree to complete any required onboarding form by the due date communicated to You upon enrollment so that Company can better understand Your goals and needs. Failure to submit the onboarding form does not entitle You to a refund.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS

Any digital download products, including but not limited to PDF guides or cookbooks, are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product. All sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered on digital downloads.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of Company, or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of Our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should We choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties and/or an injunction.

You may NOT use Our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing any text, image, design, or other property on another website, or posting a quote or image from Our site to any third-party website including social media without Our express written consent.
