01. Three group Zoom calls

A kickoff call on April 21, a midpoint check-in (6/2), and a closing session (6/21), all led by Kathleen. These are the anchors that hold the 90 days together. You begin as a group, move through the middle together, and close with 90 days of evidence that you are the woman you said you would become.

o2. A private image consulting session with Marjorie Diaz, image consultant (virtually)

A private 1:1 session where Marjorie works with you on color analysis, body type, and personal style, so that by the end of the 90 days, the way you look reflects the work you’ve been doing internally. This is the dimension of wellness most programs leave out, and one Kathleen felt strongly belonged here. You’ll receive a comprehensive PDF with her full recommendations, something you’ll reference long after the program ends.

03. A skincare session with Angelique Van Wyk, Co-Founder of Santu (virtually)

This session features the co-founder of Santu, a pioneer in ancestral, plant-based skincare rooted in ritual and intentional care. The conversation explores Skin as a Reflection of Wellness from the Inside Out, focusing on how ingredient quality and composition impact skin, especially through hormonal shifts. She'll walk through Santu’s ancestral ingredients, why they’ve been used for generations, how they function, and how they support changes like collagen loss, dryness, and sensitivity in a way that works with the body, not against it. Followed by open Q&A, so you leave with a clear path forward. You’ll also receive Santu products to experience them directly, turning something you learn into something you can see and feel.

o4. A nutritionist session with Jacqueline Gomes, RDN, MBA (virtually)

This session features Jacqueline, a registered dietitian who works specifically with women, whose approach is built on a simple premise Kathleen built this program around: food should work with your life, not against it. Because restriction is exactly why most women abandon their nutrition before it has a chance to work.

05. A private Instagram group with Kathleen

This is the connective tissue of the entire 90 days. The space between the calls and the sessions where the real work happens. Led by Kathleen, with daily accountability, shared resources, and real-time support for the moments when momentum stalls. Alongside the women in your cohort, who are in it with you every single day. This is the infrastructure that turns what you learn into what you actually do. From meal ideas to movement, to mindset shifts, to real-time decisions. Nothing lives in theory here.

WHY KATHLEEN BUILT THIS

For years, Kathleen did not recognize herself. Photographs were not taken. Documentation did not feel warranted.

She lacked confidence, and in the few images captured, there was a distance between the woman in the photo and the woman she understood herself to be. No amount of effort seemed to close the gap.

Years went by.

Dysregulated cortisol, dull skin, thinning hair. Energy so low that some mornings, staying in bed felt like the only thing that made sense. Sleep did not restore her, and what looked like effort quietly unraveled by week’s end.

After one of many doctor’s visits, the realization set in that it was only getting worse. Close to 200 pounds, she found the courage to advocate for herself, to become again the woman who kept her word. A belief, somewhere deep inside, that she could do hard things and that she should not give up.

What began with fifteen-minute Peloton rides and short walks turned into near-daily runs. Last year, she crossed the finish line of her first 5K, having lost more than 60 pounds, with a 10K now on her 2026 calendar.

Her deep dive into nutrition, along with addressing her skin, thinning hair, and the root cause of her hormone imbalance, while rebuilding her image and how she carried herself, irreversibly compounded. Over time, something shifted, something you do not notice as it builds. You feel it one morning, when you realize the woman you’ve been working toward is simply the woman getting dressed.

She is no longer a goal. She’s just you.

Faq

I have started wellness programs before and not followed through. How is this different?

Most programs place the structure on you. You decide when to show up, how often, and what to do with what you’ve learned. The 90-Day Practice is built differently. The daily chat means Kathleen is present every day, not waiting for you to remember to check in. The cohort means other women are moving through the same 90 days alongside you. The three calls create anchors that hold it all together. The structure does not depend on your motivation staying high. It was built for the moments when it doesn’t.

I do not know anyone in the cohort. Will the group actually feel supportive?

Ten women in some version of the same season, choosing the same 90 days at the same time. The cohort is not a networking group. It’s a room of women doing the work alongside you, which changes the nature of the commitment. You are not accountable to a program. You are accountable to people. That is a different thing entirely.

Is this right for me if I am already somewhat healthy but want to bring everything together?

Yes. This program was not built for women starting from zero. It was built for the woman who has done the individual pieces but has never held them together at the same time, with structure, support, and people alongside her. If you’ve been circling this for a while and want to see what happens when nothing is left out, this is exactly where you are meant to be.

What if I cannot make a live call?

Every call, group and expert, is recorded and saved in a shared Google Drive folder you will have access to throughout the 90 days. You will not miss the content. What you will miss is the live room, which is worth showing up for when you can. But life happens, and nothing on this page promises otherwise.

What happens to the chat after the 90 days end?

The chat closes when the cohort closes. A new cohort means a new group, and the space needs to be held for them. What you take with you, the relationships, the habits, the knowledge, that does not close.

How does the program actually work logistically?

The three group calls and all expert sessions run on Zoom. Every call is recorded and saved in a shared Google Drive folder you will have access to for the full 90 days. The daily chat runs through a private Instagram group. That is the full infrastructure. Everything else is the work.

What are the payment options?

The 90-Day Practice is available for $250 a month for three months, or $690 paid in full. Paying in full saves you $60 and is the simpler option if it works for you. For additional flexibility,  there are other financing through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay at checkout, so you can choose the payment structure that makes the most sense for where you are right now.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. Because of the nature of this program, including immediate access to the group chat, recorded calls, and community from the moment the program begins, no refunds will be issued once your purchase is complete.
